Senior Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Agile coaching experience to join a forward-thinking organisation that prides itself on its innovative culture and collaborative mindset. Based in Auckland, this role will focus on driving Agile practices across multiple teams while bringing structure to the organisation’s delivery processes

Key Highlights:

• Collaborative, non-political environment
• Freedom to innovate within a structured framework
• Flexible working: 2/3 days a week, with occasional need to be on-site based on project demands

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing several vital projects across a large ERP implementation, revitalising processes and looking at how to create a more efficient and innovative workflow with the use of technological tooling (think IoT etc)
• Working with cross-functional teams in Agile practices, ensuring effective delivery
• Collaborating with the leadership team
• Educating product owners, executives, and SMEs to foster a more efficient project management culture
• Problem-solving with a growth mindset, ensuring solutions are found and implemented

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Delivery lead and Agile training
• Strong experience in delivering complex projects and bringing teams together
• Comfortable working in a structured yet non-corporate environment with the freedom to innovate
• Available to start ASAP, but we’re committed to finding the right person
• Must be eligible to work in NZ
