· What you will need to bring to the role:

• Developing processes and roadmaps that define SAP S/4 HANA Custom Development strategy in a Hybrid landscape using latest SAP BTP Development Stack & drive SAP custom Development and Enhancement Strategy including collaboration with the various Technology teams like Business, Cloud Integration,
• Lead the technical design for S/4HANA implementation in a multi-vendor environment.
• Lead development teams in development activities, connectivity activities across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, SAC, CPI, CIG) and Technology guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff members

· Experience and skills we would prefer you have:

• Ideally a SAP Development Manager / Lead / Architect or equivalent with end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects & solid hands-on work with relevant SAP technologies: ABAP S/4HANA, RAP, CDS; Classical ABAP (enhancement technologies, dialogue programming, workflow, reporting, ALV, webdynro, data exchange); Interface technologies (CI, SLT, DI); Front end FIORI; SAP BTP services (BTP ABAP, workflow, rules, transport). (Should know most of the same if not all).
• Leading development teams in development & connectivity activities across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, SAC, CPI, CIG).
• Supervisory/Mentoring Experience preferred.
