Senior Front End Engineer (React, TypeScript)

The role:

• Front End development using the latest technology including React, TypeScript and JavaScript
• You will work with cross-functional, agile engineering squads to build the front end of websites and applications in a cloud (AWS) environment
• You will solve challenging problems, collaborate, code, communicate and share your passion for quality code.
• This is a senior role that will involve mentoring other developers and getting involved in design decisions and code review.
• Share your knowledge and enable knowledge-sharing.
• Communicate effectively in the team and across teams as well.

The ideal candidate:

· You are an experienced in front end developer with commercial experience in React, TypeScript and JavaScript

· You have led the design and requirement gathering process. Ideally you have led sprint planning and can break down a complex piece of work into manageable chunks

· Passion, initiative & good overall software engineering skills are essential for the role.

· Excellent communication skills and the desire to improve on the product and how software is developed
