The role:
- Will be responsible for setting up a team of PHP development squad consisting of onsite/near shore/off shore members.
- PHP development using Laravel or Symfony frameworks in a modern, software engineering environment.
- You can choose to opt for either contracting or permanent assignment
- Work closely with cross functional agile squads to build effective, reliable & future-ready mobile applications
- Constantly work on ways to improve the way software is developed
- Manage & mentor your team members , to share your skills and to learn from others
- You will solve challenging problems, collaborate, code, communicate and share your passion for quality code.
- Communicate effectively in the team and across teams as well.
The ideal candidate:
- Will be experienced in design, development and support of mobile applications, with substantial experience in PHP development using Laravel or Symfony.
- CICD, Jenkins, Devops TDD, BDD knowledge would be great but not mandatory
- Extensive experience developing applications that are used by customers
- Solve problems and remove impediments, to ensure optimization of mobile software development
- Have excellent communication, both oral and written
