Software Development Team Leader

Supporting an established start up we require an experienced Software Development Team Lead. You will be hands on and enjoy working as part of a small team to define and drive delivery of project deliverables , designing and developing embedded firmware written in C and C++, as well as supporting and maintaining existing products.

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years experience within software development – you’ve built complex software
• Essential medical device or regulated industry experience – developed and designed control processes
• Hands on Team Leader – you love to lead and build a team of software and firmware engineers
• Exceptional embedded software (RTOS) experience including testing
• C, C++
• Love clean code and robust design
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers
• Availability to travel as required – working with development partners and supporting clients
