We are looking for Systems Administrator/Desktop Engineer to join a dedicated IT Team, working with the world’s largest food and beverage company
The ideal candidate will actively engage in projects related to desktop support and have experience working on network configuration, desktop setup, helpdesk support, and troubleshooting
So, what’s the role?
Providing day-to-day technical support on-site
Experience working with Servers, networks (Cisco), and Aruba HPE
Installing and configuring networks to hardware devices mainly and desktop support on Windows operating systems whenever the need arises
Providing guidance and assistance to the team and users in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues while proactively identifying and rectifying technical problems.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers that embody the company culture, promises, and principles.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, offering technical support and troubleshooting at the Tier 2 level.
Experience in resolving various incidents and efficiently managing tickets received through ticketing systems.
A strong passion for teamwork, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with other team members.
A Diving license will be needed as the desktop support engineer will be travelling between two sites in Auckland.
