The Role:

We are currently seeking a Tech Lead with experience as a full-stack developer and a strong background in cloud-based software products, web development, and systems integration. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving technical direction and leading software solutions throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise in cloud computing, specifically MS Azure, will be instrumental in delivering high-availability software solutions. Additionally, your experience collaborating with software developers will allow you to drive innovative behaviours and foster a collaborative work environment.

We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual who is comfortable with ambiguity. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will build meaningful and collaborative relationships across various levels of the business. Your technical proficiency should include C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, .NET core, and React. While not critical but good to have, knowledge and experience in product development, Agile methodologies, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow, Dataverse, other programming languages (such as Python, C++, Go, F#), and Microservices. This Tech Lead role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership responsibilities, allowing you to contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable software solutions while working collaboratively with a diverse client base.
