UX Designer

An established online travel search company is looking for Product Designers to join its global team, as it seeks to continue to grow as a market leader. Working from its APAC HQ in Singapore, the successful candidate will find themselves working in an agile environment, involved in the end-to-end process of improving the overall experience for its 60M monthly users from over 30 countries. To be considered for this role, you would ideally have/be:

• Previous job experience as a product designer ideally within an internet economy business or equivalent
• A portfolio* showcasing best-in-class work that captures the ABCs of Design, purpose, poise, panache
• Able to put out quick iterations and hi-fidelity prototypes and still have the ability to work in a changing environment. You know the pit falls of just incrementalism. Show us grand thinking, and small actions that had impact
• Data aware, informed and driven, with the ability to analyse and know which features can act as force multipliers. You’re also not afraid to harness your data to validate your designs.
• Passionate and empathetic – You have a desire to solve problems and don’t burn out when faced with obstacles. You get things done, but also can be depended on to help out

Key skills
Experience in using data to validate design decisions
Experience in using tools like Invision, Sketch and Photoshop

*Portfolios must be able to showcase examples of heuristic evaluation and other elements that demonstrate their overall design thinking and approach with specific projects
