Finance Operations Analyst

Salt is hiring a ‘Finance Operations Analyst’ wherein you will coordinate and optimize our Finance Operations processes to ensure efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage data analysis, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Partner Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments.

* Manage outsourced partners to ensure adherence to collection targets and resolve escalations.

* Work with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to quickly resolve billing and payment issues.

* Assist customers in adopting new process changes and offerings to improve their billing and payment experience.

Project Management & Coordination:

* Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.

* Ensure timely execution of finance-related projects by closely monitoring progress and facilitating communication between teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

* Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

* Provide actionable insights to leadership and other key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with SAP FICA and S/4HANA configurations, functionalities, and best practices within the finance domain.

* Min 4 years’ experience in accounts receivable and payable management.

* Familiarity with change management processes.
