Salt is seeking an experienced ‘Partner Manager’ to focus on growing and scaling the partner ecosystem primarily for business messaging products and will work closely with prioritized partners to educate them on product features, partner programs, and operational processes, and collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategies to meet business targets. This a 4 months extendable contract based here in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Integration & Enablement: Facilitate partner integration of business messaging products and manage enablement efforts including training, partner inquiries, and resource education.
  • Partner Growth & GTM Strategy: Assist partner managers in developing and executing GTM strategies to grow the partner ecosystem and accelerate business messaging adoption.
  • Issue Resolution: Track and resolve partner escalations efficiently by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect and communicate partner and market feedback to internal product and engineering teams to influence product improvements.
  • Executional Support: Manage partner sales and program activities such as business plan execution, deal tracking, contracting, and incentives management.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to expand the business messaging ecosystem in GCR.

Qualifications

  • Language: Full professional fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin (mandatory).
  • Experience: Around 5 years of experience in SaaS, cPaaS, enterprise software, or partnership management, preferably with a strong background in partner or customer management in enterprise SaaS/API environments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business messaging platforms and partner ecosystems in the Greater China Region is a plus.
