Salt Talent Search is looking for a Digital Project Manager, this role is with one of the known Hospitality client.
What Will Do:
Translate proposals into clear project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts across multiple workstreams. Set up Monday.com boards and workflows for real-time tracking.
Lead kick-off meetings and align internal teams and external partners on scope and objectives.
Develop and maintain master schedules across a wide range of creative and technical deliverables.
Anticipate risks such as delays, scope creep, and design bottlenecks-implementing contingency plans.
Manage tasks across designers, copywriters, production teams, developers, and regional vendors.
Act as the primary liaison across internal departments . Schedule and facilitate creative reviews, ensuring alignment across brand, development, and marketing teams.
What Will You Need:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in creative or brand project management within luxury, hospitality, or real estate
Proven ability to manage complex deliverables such as CGI, architectural content, and multi-lingual outputs
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Asian markets (Korea, Japan, China) essential; language proficiency a plus
Proficient in project tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello
Highly detail-oriented, diplomatic, and calm under pressure
