Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Employee Relations Executive for a 6 months contract role, This role will coach, consult, collaborate, advice and manage employee and deal with stakeholders across departments and locations.
Responsibilities:
Act as a neutral, single point of contact who can help connect directly with resources or HR partners
Provide guidance to a diverse population on a wide range of potentially sensitive, confidential and difficult topics with utmost discretion
Center employee care and well-being during and after an ER process (investigations and workplace concerns)
Help translate Care insights into actions that support clients culture
Join a dynamic global team; working occasional non-standard business hours may be necessary
Create inclusive, psychologically safe settings with empathy and active listening
Help develop customized care plans that center well-being, transparency, and agency
Independently manage Care Program referrals from the regional ER team
What Do You Need:
5 years of Human Resources experience including investigations/complaint procedures/case management/program management
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work occasional non-standard US hours to accommodate global team structure
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
Ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences
Excellent communication skills with a particular focus on empathetic listening, conflict resolution, de-escalation and risk mitigation
Coaching or counseling experience on sensitive people matters
