Technical Recruiter

Salt Talent Search is looking for Recruitment Consultants for a 12 months extendable contract Role, this role will be supporting our clients Technology team and will be managing end to end recruitment’s.

Our Client is a well known Technology giant and is growing their Tech team to support the surge in hiring, you will be supporting in hiring these amazing techies in regions like Taiwan, China and Singapore.

What will you do:

• Managing end to end process including sourcing, candidate management and ensuring a smooth on boarding.
• Manage sourcing and building pipeline of candidates according to the role and requirement.
• Using your innovative methods to source passive and active candidates
• Candidate management from process start to the end
• Managing data and processes
• Screening candidates and managing expectations accordingly

What Do you Need:

• Interest in people management and recruitment
• Interest in Technology will be a plus
• Experience in recruitment will be
• Experience in managing data reports
