Salt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the B2B Sales Manager.
This is a contractual role in Singapore
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients
Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding clients’ business challenges and demonstrating how to address their specific needs.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
Maintain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline, consistently adding new prospects, advancing deals, and ensuring a healthy conversion to meet company objectives
Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges, and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
Regularly share progress on sales performance and client feedback to analyse and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success
Company advocate at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness, identify potential partnership opportunities
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure. Experience in consultative and solution-based selling is valuable.
The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs.
Effective problem-solving skills to address client objections and find solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Familiarity with sales tracking tools (like hubspot) and CRM systems to monitor and report on sales performance.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
Effective time management skills to balance multiple leads and sales activities.
A customer-focused mindset to prioritize client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
