Salt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the B2B Sales Manager.

This is a contractual role in Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding clients’ business challenges and demonstrating how to address their specific needs.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
  • Maintain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline, consistently adding new prospects, advancing deals, and ensuring a healthy conversion to meet company objectives
  • Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges, and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
  • Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
  • Regularly share progress on sales performance and client feedback to analyse and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success
  • Company advocate at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness, identify potential partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure. Experience in consultative and solution-based selling is valuable.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address client objections and find solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking tools (like hubspot) and CRM systems to monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Effective time management skills to balance multiple leads and sales activities.
  • A customer-focused mindset to prioritize client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
