Salt Talent search is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (Sales Manager) for a 9 months contract role, you will drive important new and existing partnerships and enable Apps/Gaming developers & content publishers to grow their businesses using our monetization solutions.

What Will You Do:

  • You will focus on acquiring and onboarding Apps/Gaming developers in the fast-paced environment of SouthEast Asia and rapidly changing industry landscape that will call for creativity and thought leadership to enable business transformation.
  • You will manage internal projects’ operations and stakeholders, while providing innovative, industry-leading monetization & platform solutions for developers and publishers, and influence product roadmap and strategy internally.
  • In this role, you will use your product and market knowledge, developer connections and communication skills to effectively acquire, influence and onboard Utility Apps and Gaming developers and publishers to ads monetization solutions.
  • You will work across a broad ecosystem and partners based on multiple countries across SEAS with particular focus on Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and The Philippines.
  • You will also act as thought leader internally and externally, bringing market trends and opportunities to internal teams to influence go-to-market and product strategies, and to bring vision and value proposition to external audiences to shape their business directions.

What Will You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of industry experience of new business development, working with Publishers, Media owners or Apps developers
  • Experience in partner/client relationship-building, with the demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with new partners/clients
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to develop, implement, and track project plans, using project management tools, and stakeholder management with proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
