Salt Talent Search is looking for Sales Transaction Support Specialist for a 12-month contract role. In this job you will be an extension of Sales Team to provide back-office support. You will be responsible for managing sales support activities with accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will cover across different Sales Team including Field (Enterprise), Field (Service Provider) and Mid-Market Sales.
Support sales team on opportunities that require quote creation and revision, tracking of quote approval status, generating and following up on legal contracts and obtaining the respective signatory.
Sales admin will be required to validate the details provided by sales team and customers to ensure data accuracy in SFDC systems input.
Usage of CRM tools like SFDC will be high and on daily basis so knowledge of CRM system is important.
Supporting sales team on report generation and customer engagement is expected.
Need to be a team player when engaging internal stakeholders.
Administrative work such as supporting company event is expected 30% of the work.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Sales Admin / Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco/Data Center industries.
Salesforce, Excel and Power Point knowledge and experience is required.
Able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English and be customer focused.
Able to handle urgencies and be adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
