APAC Project Coordinator

Salt is looking for an APAC Coordinator for a Social Media client for 6 months & renewable contract role. The ideal candidate will have experience & passion for the administration & social impact for the partners with excellent collaboration and communication skills, be able to work independently and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nuanced partner support cases across the APAC region to ensure timely resolution and identify trends within support cases to help drive systematic improvements.
• Cultivate relationships and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product or project goals for the APAC team.
• Work with Partner Managers on specific projects and support new ideas through experimentation, ad-hoc analytics, and framework development.
• Review global or product-specific collateral and update to align with local / APAC context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and accountability on deliverables.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5 years of project management or program management experience
• Experience prioritizing among conflicting demands.
• Experience working independently and taking initiative.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the APAC market.
