Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

Our client is looking for a techno functional Business Analyst to join the transformation team: someone who thrives on solving complex problems, translating vision into action, and helping businesses evolve through technology.

From a functional perspective, you will be working closely with different business stakeholders globally to identify opportunities for change. Here, you will be empowered to provide possible solutions and action plans to materialize the business changes. It could be automating process, optimizing process and adopting new system. Your insights will help shape the roadmap and drive measurable results.

Once business goals and user needs are aligned with the solutions, you will work closely with the technical team to bring the vision to technical action. You will be involve throughout the process to ensure the success of the delivery of solution.

Dashboarding building will be crucial for this role to measure the performance.

What will you need for this?

• You have prior experience on digital transformation projects.
• Familiar with multiple CRM systems (eg. Salesforce)
• Good functional understanding of multiple departments (eg. Sales, delivery, technology)
