Our client is a global telco business who is expanding their team in Malaysia. In their network environment, there’s many parties coexist in the ecosystem which will come with complex networking challenges. Thus, this role will require you to come out with solutions for all networking issues revolving routers, switches and network security in an enterprise environment such as IPSec and BGP. When it comes to the technologies, you will be surrounded by Cisco and Fortinet products. You will also be the escalation point when L1-2 support engineers are unable to solve the issues at their level.
As this role supports global, the working schedule will based on follow-the-sun model. You will need to be comfortable to work with different working schedules.
