Product Support Analyst (Japanese Speaking)

Salt Talent Search is looking for Product Support Analyst (Japanese Speaking) for a s contract role. You will be responsible for working with your team to ensure that daily service level agreements are met in responding to user tickets and reviewing users risks.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Serve as operations specialist and point of contact within Customer Support product vertical for customer escalations related to safety claims for devices
• Assists Safety operations SMEs with updates to knowledge base articles and agent training.
• Monitors the escalation queue and communicates with T3 agents and FTEs to provide feedback on appeasements related to escalations, with guidance from the Safety Operations team
• Develops reporting for customer support safety metrics in preparation for monthly updates on safety trends

What Will You Need:

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, biotech, or medical devices
• 3+ years of experience in hardware operations
• Fluency in English and Japanese to communicate with local stakeholders and partners effectively
• Experience working with internal, external, and/or regulatory body auditors
• Ability to communicate and review different data types in the organization
• Experience with common controls frameworks, risk assessments, vendor security / privacy assessments, continuous monitoring automation and risk tooling
• Ability and experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders across different functions and geographies
• Demonstrated strong analytic capacity and experience adding structure in a complex, ambiguous environment
• Excellent organizational, independent productivity, and verbal and written communication skills.
