About this role:

• Being a bridge: As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be bridging the gap between senior leadership and the team of developers. This is your chance to showcase not only your technical skills but also your business acumen. You will dive deep into the business objectives with the stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical requirements for the development team.
• Problem-Solving Champion: Demonstrate your problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box by overcoming complex software issues head-on. You will be report directly to the Head of Technology and together, you both can tackle on some technical decisions and champion certain best practices.
• Hands-On Development: Lead by example as you dive into development works. This involves from system architecture, mobile application development, database design and etc.
• Collaborative Synergy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, product, marketing, and sales.

What You’ll Need:

• Proficiency in Flutter with the experience of building offline first mobile application is a must.
• Exposure to backend development with either the following technologies: NodeJS (NestJS), Golang or Elixir
• Strong experience with database architecture (Postgresql) and SQL querying skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes are good to have.
• Previous experience working in a cloud environment would be highly beneficial.
