About the role:
As a Backend Engineer, it is your job to seamlessly integrate our software into our customers’ systems, while focusing on the back-end part of the implementation. You will be providing solid technical solutions to complex issues whilst helping us deliver the best customer experience and reinforce company reputation. You will also coach a team of developers on the client and partner side and provide training to those who work with the platform.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience
Technical Qualifications:
HTTP APIs: Able to read RAML & Open API specs, Able to see braking chages, Able to implement specification (including status codes, etc)
Maven: Has a clear understanding of build life cycle and how to customize it through plugins and profiles o Knows how to structure their project based on modules, which scopes to applies to dependency, how to avoid dependencies conflicts
Security considerations (TBR): Solves the issues found with the tools we have (Veracode/Blackduck), Is aware of the OWASP top 10
Knowledge in Cloud, DB, JPA, Docker
Essential: Java, Microservice, Spring
