Creative Director

Our client is looking for an Associate Creative Director who serves as a leader to the company’s creative department and take ownership of the creative output.

This person’s role will mainly involve:

• Reviewing and coaching the work of mid-weight creatives
• Writing “ideas-led” (as opposed to design-led) work themselves
• Presenting the agency’s creative work to clients
• Helping to run the agency to ensure the strongest creative output

A few important points to factor in:

• Hands on: The ideal candidate has to be comfortable doing the work as well as leading it.
• The work: Needs to be strategic, insight-led work: so looking for great creative work with strong strategic foundations.
• Hybrid workplace: been in the office minimum 3 days/week.

And finally, the ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years industry experience
• Worked extensively in a creative agency and/or branding & design agency
• Copy writing background
• Strong portfolio that showcases the work
• Agency leadership
• Experience of working in a smaller team setting
• A positive, confident, upbeat attitude to contribute to our culture and move forward
