Content Producer – UK English

Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Content Producer with native-level fluency in British English. This role involves crafting high-quality, culturally relevant content while collaborating across diverse teams to support innovative projects in machine learning and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure content aligns with British linguistic and cultural norms, maintaining exceptional accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Editorial, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver results.
• Conduct quality assurance tasks, including editing, proofreading, transcribing, and metadata verification.
• Research and validate data, providing actionable feedback to enhance processes and content quality.
• Contribute to Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation projects, including human evaluations and automated benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in British English with expert knowledge of grammar and cultural appropriateness.
• Proven experience in content production, editing, or quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and familiarity with XML/HTML is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in machine learning and LLM evaluation techniques is desirable.
