About the Role
SALT is partnering with a global marketing agency that is part of a renowned consumer electronics group to find a detail-oriented and collaborative Web Publisher to join their Dotcom team. This agency blends expertise in advertising, digital, shopper marketing, and public relations to deliver award-winning campaigns. As a Web Publisher, you’ll help manage and maintain digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring all materials meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards. This role is key to supporting product launches, digital campaigns, and continuous web enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Publish and manage content in the content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Intake, prioritize, and schedule web publishing requests from internal stakeholders.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, formatting, and SEO best practices before publishing.
Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketers, and product managers to support site updates and campaign execution.
Conduct quality assurance checks (e.g., testing links, validating formatting, checking across browsers/devices).
Ensure all published content complies with accessibility and legal standards.
Maintain documentation related to publishing workflows and processes.
Manage content lifecycle by archiving or updating outdated assets.
Support translation/localization needs with internal teams and vendors.
Deliver publishing tasks in line with established SLAs.
Stay current on CMS capabilities and digital publishing best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in web content publishing or digital content management.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital publishing standards.
Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
