Our client is looking for an Administrative & Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, extremely organized, detail oriented and have an interest in PR and Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing support including scheduling travel, expense reports, booking/coordinating meetings and managing team calendars.
- Managing office space, including floor plans, supplies, facilities and maintenance requests.
- Organize, submit and track department Purchase Requisitions, Invoices and Contracts.
- Data entry and reports
- Support department with miscellaneous projects
- Develop department materials, guides and documents.
- Manage product inventory and logistics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a corporate executive assistant, project manager or team coordinator.
- Passion for consumer electronics, social media and current cultural events.
- Be able to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curious, flexible and dedicated problem solver
- A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and detailed project management skills.
