Asset Management Program Specialist

Our client is looking for a Digital Asset Manager and work flow specialist to audit, optimise and re-establish all digital file work flows and storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and evaluate all current digital asset work flows, storage solutions.
• Work closely with the Design and Production teams to establish and implement common work flows, file naming conventions, and folder structures.
• Develop processes for long term media storage, data consolidation, and ongoing asset management.
• Author documentation and periodic in-person / team training.
• Verify, troubleshoot and escalate user reported anomalies in production environments.
• Oversees project-specific asset maintenance and implementation.

Key Qualifications:

• Must have at least 7+ years experience managing digital assets and work flow at a high-volume creatively driven streaming service or production studio.
• Proficient, and familiar with various project structures and file formats for both static and video assets, including meta-data and visioning.
• Must be able to foster and implement a high degree of organisation across teams.
• Comfortable presenting potential work flows and solutions, implementing upon approvals, and creating and disseminating documentation.
