Our client, a leader in global innovation and services, is searching for a skilled Marketing Producer to manage projects for their marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration across Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing functions.

Role Overview

The Marketing Producer will support cross-functional marketing needs, maintaining communication and project alignment across teams. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, and preparing updates for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules and ensure alignment across functional teams.
• Organize and lead meetings, taking notes and outlining action steps.
• Maintain up-to-date project trackers and timelines.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and support quarterly and annual marketing forecasts.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on marketing initiatives and manage roadmaps, scope, and production schedules.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years’ experience in project management, program management, or operations.
• Excellent communicator with strong organization and task-tracking skills.
• Able to prioritize in fast-paced environments with proven decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Quip, OmniPlan, Wrike) and common productivity software (Keynote, Excel, iCal).
• Strong ability to retain and apply new information quickly, with an aptitude for building solid cross-functional relationships.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
