Resource Manager

Our client is looking for a Resource Manager who has at least 5+ years of experience talent acquisition, staffing, and HR operations, with expertise in full-cycle recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration. They will have ability to streamline hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and improve workforce efficiency.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of human resource information software (HRIS) like BambooHR, SAP, or Namely
• Presentation and collaborator communication skills
• Basic numeracy skills for long-term planning and budgeting
• Track resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor project progress and resource performance.
• Identify and address potential resource conflicts or bottleneck.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with project managers for proper resource allocation, implementing the right resources for different projects. They may use templates from past projects or spreadsheets to help find and assign necessary resources.
• Develop schedules to prioritize needs and track resources coming in and outgoing. Resource managers may hire new employees and obtain other company resources as needed to plan for a project.
• Examine trends in resource availability and resource utilization, analyzing data to assess cost efficiency and making adjustments when needed
• Conduct capacit planning and review planned activities to make sure they can be accomplished with the available resources and help the project team look for alternate solutions if necessary.
