Our client, a global leader in digital products, seeks a Project Manager/Producer to manage and execute promotional campaigns across international teams, driving the App Store’s customer engagement efforts.

Role Overview

The Project Manager/Producer plays a central role in delivering high-quality campaigns by collaborating with design, editorial, video, and content programming teams. This role requires a proactive approach to managing project plans, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring timelines are met across regions. The Producer should possess a deep understanding of creative production, familiarity with app and game ecosystems, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engaging campaigns.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage all production stages, and ensure adherence to campaign deadlines.
• Identify campaign goals and proactively address potential challenges or changes.
• Coordinate with global teams, balancing deadlines with regional requirements and time zones.
• Maintain high standards for quality and attention to detail in all campaign components.
• Drive improvements to production workflows and efficiencies.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital, UX, or creative production, ideally with agency experience.
• Proven track record in project management for large, complex campaigns from concept to launch.
• Skilled at problem-solving, adapting to change, and leading teams under tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across varied teams.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and understanding of design and video production.
• Familiarity with the app and gaming landscape, with a passion for technology and digital media.

Education:
