Sr Marketing Manager – MarCom

Salt is partnering with the country’s largest Hospital and Healthcare system to hire a Sr. Marketing Manager, MarCom with their corporate marketing team.

The role:

The team is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the organization of MarCom campaigns across multiple marketing and communications teams. You will be responsible for establishing productive relationships and communicating effectively across cross-functional teams, and understanding the specific needs and contributions of diverse stakeholders. Your mandate will be to deliver mission-driven work and community-focused initiatives.

• Organize MarCom campaigns across multiple marketing and communications teams. Develop briefs and proposals in collaboration with cross-functional marketing and business teams
• Serve as a single point of contact for all campaign stakeholders and agency partners; facilitating communications, delivery of assets, contract execution, budget & project management, etc
• Develop campaign reports and summaries in collaboration with Marketing Ops, noting primary, secondary, etc, KPIs, insights, and next steps
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure T&Cs are fulfilled and executed to plan
• Lead team meetings on status updates and various project management milestones
• Work with dept leadership on quarterly/annual campaign & budget planning.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing, Advertising, Communications
• Project management, Hospital, Healthcare, or Non-Profit work experience is a MAJOR PLUS
