Summary

The Operations Team is central to enabling on-device communications and automated messaging across the client’s media products and services. This team focuses on developing and executing in-app messaging sent to millions of global users, supporting growth across multiple high-profile platforms.

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Journey Builder to manage and execute day-to-day operational workflows. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, product, and engineering-to build and launch multi-channel customer communications that drive product awareness and user engagement.

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer journeys for lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and engagement. As the subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, you should be both strategic and operationally strong, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and deploy customer journeys across various platforms, ensuring alignment with product and marketing strategy, platform capabilities, and data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align deliverables, manage project risks, and ensure smooth execution of global campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational accuracy and flag any issues promptly to internal teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve campaign performance, process efficiency, and product tooling.
  • Create and maintain a best-practice knowledge base and operational playbooks for internal training and reference.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, with hands-on experience in customer acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Expertise in CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills; SQL experience preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and tight timelines.
  • Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills and consideration for others’ workflows.
  • Effective communicator across written, verbal, and visual mediums-including Slack, email, and presentations.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
