Product Marketing Manager – Banking

We are partnering with an innovative fintech B2B Saas business to hire a Product Marketing Manager with expertise in retail banking and lending products.

This role is either 100% remote in the USA or you have the option to go to the office if you’re in the Boston, MA area.

This is a great opportunity to report into the Director of Product Marketing of a lean team as the very first Product Marketing Manager in their banking vertical – this area of the business is a huge part of their growth plan going forward.

Our client is an established global business at Series D funding, considered a tech unicorn, and achieved its most profitable year to date in 2023.

About you:

• Min. 5 years’ in B2B Enterprise Saas across retail banking products (consumer lending, loan origination etc)
• Demonstrable stakeholder management experience with C-level execs
• Experience with current Martech tools and platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
• Great communication skills – you will be working across specialist teams in a very collaborative environment
• Creative and commercial

Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with analysts, researchers, SMEs, growth marketers, and more to develop the product strategy
• Lead ongoing creation of playbooks from sales through to product launches and beyond
• Capture customer feedback and enable product improvement and accelerate route to market
• Explore new opportunities to market

Base salary: $130,000 – $160,000
