Account Director – CRM & Email

We’re looking for an email + CRM-focused Account Director to join our brilliant client in NYC – a worldwide creative agency with an unrivalled roster of clients in the B2C space.

This is an agency with a difference – entrepreneurial yet global; high-growth yet stable – it’s a fantastic opportunity to join a new team with an impactful mandate across CRM.

Hybrid working model in NYC.

About you:

• 8+ years’ client-facing experience – agency or brand partnerships only
• 5+ years running CRM-led projects with global brands for e,g e-commerce, digital CRM, retention + loyalty, new customer acquisition
• Demonstrable success in developing and winning new business pitches
• Cross-functional leadership and teamwork across creative, technical and commercial teams
• Team management and mentorship is a big plus
• Great communication + client presentation skills
• Must be proficient in Adobe Campaign/Experience Cloud
• Passionate about building a positive + collaborative working environment
