Director, CRM & Email arketing

Salt is partnering with the leading platform for commercial real estate to hire a Director of Email and CRM Marketing to lead the strategy for engagement and lifecycle efforts.

In this role, you will determine the vision and strategy for life-cycle marketing across the product portfolio. You will need to be a strategic, agile, and organized marketer with experience across all aspects of customer life-cycle management (CRM, email marketing, mobile marketing, customer insights). You will build strategic roadmaps, multi-channel initiatives, personalized trigger campaigns, and customer segmentation; you be be accountable for channel testing methodology and optimization and life-cycle marketing programs with the ultimate goal of driving growth.

You will:

• Own the global email marketing and life-cycle road-map for the entire product portfolio
• Build email audience segments, communication work flows, and trigger campaigns
• Partner with the marketing operations team to identify key drivers of pipeline influence
• Drive continuous optimization to improve key metrics and KPIs through audience analysis, email template analysis and constant A/B testing
• Define goals, benchmarks, and key results for channel experiences and independent campaigns; analyze campaign data and develop reports to monitor performance
• Translate quantitative/qualitative consumer data & insights into a strong marketing strategy
• Effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business using data visualization
• Converse thoughtfully and effectively with executive leadership
