Director of CRM

My client is a disruptive FinTech start-up, who are operating on a fully remote basis across the US. Previously headquartered in NY, they are at a key phase in their growth, and looking to add a Director of CRM to help grow out a CRM function and build a team to support their growing customer base.

The CRM Director will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the client’s CRM programs, and will work directly with senior leadership to help define strategy for user retention.

The successful applicant will have:

• 10+ years’ experience hands-on within digital CRM marketing
• Proficient with CRM tools including SendGrid and Iterable – ideally having implemented and scaled new systems from the ground up
• Experience within a start-up/ tech environment
• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong executional skills
