Our client, a global leader in technology and digital experiences, is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist with expertise in subscription lifecycle marketing to drive engagement and retention for its media and entertainment services. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, product, operations, analytics, and design-to develop data-driven marketing programs that enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, driving continuous improvement.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across international marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and design teams.
- Define geo-specific narratives, value propositions, and educational messaging for various markets.
- Lead experiment-driven optimizations, ensuring marketing programs meet key performance metrics.
- Drive strategic recommendations based on deep analytical insights and marketing best practices.
Key Qualifications
- Proven success in developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies to both executives and internal teams.
- Experience working on large-scale, time-sensitive international projects.
- Strong project management skills with an emphasis on detail and execution.
Experience & Education
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on engagement and retention.
- Previous experience in lifecycle marketing for a media platform or subscription-based business preferred.
- Hands-on experience with push notifications, email, in-app messaging, and other digital marketing channels.
- BA/BS required; MS/MA/MBA preferred.
