Managing Director, Growth

A NYC based client is looking for a Managing Director, Growth with an emphasis on business development, and revenue growth with major global brands. This leader understands brand partnerships, the creator community and social media landscape. This position is multidimensional – every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.

The role:

• Building and growing new and existing brand/client relationships
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Manage and oversee internal teams hiring for new talent
• Bring unique ideas to solve creative problems for clients utilizing data, insights and technology
• Create, implement and track project time-lines – assign owners and proactively tracking progress with little oversight
• Create and update client-facing presentations and present to client leadership
• Handle budget and performance tracking of each initiative

Your background + experience:

• STRONGLY PREFERRED – 10+ years leading and running business development of client-facing industry experience, agency or brand partnership side
• Strong network of potential clients and strong relationships across industries
• Experienced leading and managing teams
• Experienced in large scale programs involving various capabilities (social, digital, experiential, paid media, etc.)
• Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations
• Experience forming strong relationships – with clients and internally
