Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced “hunter” Account Executive to join our team and cover a large geography in the U.S. This is an individual contributor position that was newly added due to business expansion. We’re looking for someone who can express passion about the possibilities of data and advanced analytics to decision makers and senior staff at ready-mix concrete producers.

This role consists of engaging prospects about their related objectives and initiatives and helping them improve their operations and increase their profits. The Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle, while being able to leverage various company resources. The Account Executive will work cross functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success teams.

What are we looking for?

● You have completed your studies, preferably a master’s degree, in business administration, economics or another business-related degree program.

● 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS sales

● You are fluent in English (excellent written and verbal skills)

● Experience in working at a SaaS start-up company

● Prior experience or knowledge of the ready-mix concrete industry is a big plus.

● Sales experience and knowledge of business intelligence (BI) software is a plus.

● Experience with HubSpot and MEDDPICC is a plus.

● You have excellent analytical and communication skills and are open to approaching new situations.

● You are highly ambitious, enjoy having lots of responsibility and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset.

● Experience in business development, increasing client bases, client acquisition, sales pitches for enterprise clients, relationship management, proposal creation and sales follow-up.
