As we look to help build this rocketship, we are seeking an energetic, determined and dynamic Head of Sales – NA & CA, based in NYC! Our client is keen to developing an engaging office environment and strong team.
Job Details:
- Improve operational efficiency, sales productivity, and customer happiness by developing, refining, and standardizing sales procedures. Forecasting and pipeline management are among the processes, as are discount approval policies, payment processing requests, and recruiting and training procedures.
- End-to-end sales cycles (planning, forecasting, prospecting, account planning, sales execution, pipeline/funnel management) must be completed and correct reports and projections must be provided.
- Effectively manage KPI’s/Metrics, around online bookings ratios, usage, retention, conversions and churn. Develop training programs and implement development plans
- Motivate, drive, coach and empower the team with the skills to provide first class service to all prospective and existing users of our multi-award-winning platform.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience leading from the front, managing teams both in the field and at scale for centralized phone sales (inbound and outbound)
- Experience developing, implementing and streamlining sales processes and procedures
- Data driven with a proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed KPI’s, sales targets, and objectives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start up environment
- Experience in SaaS, 2 sided marketplace or platform business sector
