Data Engineer

Salt have partnered up with a Fortune500 company within the Agritech space who are currently undergoing a global transformation leveraging data to be at the forefront of analytics and technology with the aim of feeding and fueling the world in a better, faster, and simpler way.

Your Role 📃:

• You will build high quality data pipelines driving analytic solutions which will generate insights from the organization’s connected data enabling advanced data-driven decision-making capabilities of the organization’s enterprise.
• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines that adhere to ETL principles and business goals.
• Solve complex data problems to deliver insights that helps the organization’s business to achieve their goal’s.
• Create data products for analytics and data science team members to improve their productivity whilst fostering a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale stability, and operational efficiency of data and analytical solution’s

Experience/ Skills 🛠️:

• 3+ Years Experience working within a Data Engineering / Data Architect role
• Expertise in Python, AQL and Snowflake
• Experience with Hadoop / BigQuery
• Worked with BI Tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Microstrategy
• Highly collaborative, worked within Agile environment
