Business Analyst

My client is a B2B SaaS platform specially designed to assist the Healthcare industry with the overwelming hiring needs they have at present. Their platform has grown 800% in the past three years and they are looking to continue this success by adding a Business Analyst to identify new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Driving continuous improvement through detailed business analysis and solution implementation
• Refining and automating existing reports and developing new data-driven approaches to support organizational strategic decision-making
• Identifying new market opportunities and possible acquisition opportunities
• Effectively preparing presentations and communicating data findings and ideas
• Working on special projects, analyses, and presentations for management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field
• 1-3 years of work experience in operations/analytics/development
• Self-starter, ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
