We’re working with a fast-growing restaurant technology platform that’s revolutionizing delivery and pickup solutions for local restaurants. Backed by a team of seasoned tech, product, and marketing leaders, they’re building cutting-edge tools to help restaurant owners thrive in the digital age.

They’re now looking for a Senior B2B Growth Product Manager to own and optimize the user experience across their B2B products-driving engagement, retention, and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution for B2B growth across tools like restaurant dashboards and communications.
• Use data to identify behavior trends, optimize features, and improve product stickiness.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure product value aligns with user needs.
• Improve UI/UX for a more intuitive, satisfying experience.
• Own A/B testing, retention metrics, and performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in product management with a focus on B2B growth and user engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience running experiments.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Experience (or deep interest) in food delivery, restaurant tech, or related industries.
• Proven track record improving product usability and customer satisfaction.
• Bonus: Familiarity with agile development and strong UX instincts.
