The Supply Chain department needs to comply with a set of new regulations in the financial sector (DORA, CS3D, CSRD, … ).
In particular, the current mission will focus on DORA/ESG regulations, and more specifically on Third Party Risk Management.
Reporting to the head of the “Supply Chain Governance, Risk and Control” team, you will be responsible to:
Define the vision and approach to Third Party Risk Management
Assess the ASIS vs TOBE Supply Chain Operating Model related to Third Party Risk Management (this include but not limited to governance, process and tooling for Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, Risk Monitoring, Offboarding, etc… )
Evaluate supplier’s market for new TPRM solutions
Define planning & milestones to deliver future state in agile mode; identify intermediary steps.
Lead, implement and deliver as per roadmap; ensure communication, documentation and and training;
Maintain a clear status on the progress made, issues encountered, and perform regular reporting;
Perform change management activities to embed successfully new changes;
Organize and drive coordination between various stakeholders (Procurement, IT, Cyber, Compliance, Risk, ESG, …);
Support the team in various other cross related initiatives (regulatory, cyber, compliance, etc…)
Your Profile
Required experience and knowledge:
Extensive experience in TPRM related matters, preferably in supply chain & financial sector (min 5 years)
Hands-on experience in the implementation of TPRM solutions (min 3 years)
Relevant financial regulatory knowledge (in particular ESMA/DORA/ESG), with experience in the analysis of the impacts of regulations on governance, risk and control framework (min 3 years)
Experience as project & change manager, able to drive and manage projects in complex & international organisational structure, with various shareholders (min 5 years)
Experience in IT Supply Chain architecture / landscape would be an additional asset
Skills and competencies:
Able to work under pressure and to cope with strict deadlines
Able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities at once
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly to a senior audience
Excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetical and critical mindset)
Fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
