Media Planner/Buyer

Salt has partnered with an exciting marketing agency specialising in Employer Branding, who have worked with a range of exciting clients, ranging from multi-national automotive brands, to well-known multi-brand e-commerce platforms.

They are looking for a Media Planner/ Buyer to work closely with their client services team with a focus on planning, buying, liaising with client services, reporting and optimising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Buying across multiple channels, largely job-boards, along with some social media paid advertising and PPC.
• Activating campaigns, rather than outsourcing to a third party.
• Planning from responding to client briefs to advising the best media for campaigns.
• Optimising channel activity and reporting results to present back to clients.
• Liaising with the client service team ensuring awareness of media requirements and media channel excellence.

Key Skills:

• Must have Paid Media experience with basic knowledge of PPC.
• Must have experience working for companies focusing on employer branding.
• Knowledge of planning and media methodologies.
