Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management

In CISO, we see the Business Analyst Expert as a key-resource of the team who contributes to deliver new systems or modifications to existing systems.

This therefore encompass the role of Business Analyst and Product Business Analyst sometimes segregated in other divisions.

Objectives:

• Support the Project Lead in scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.
• Collect requirements and transform them into a structured and comprehensive work product.
• Define clear acceptance criteria which can serve as a comprehensive test set.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will help create a repository for assets and applications integrated with the Identity and Access Management Tribe, including all the manually input identity data.

• Participate in the initial feasibility study.
• Working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into technical specifications.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
• Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) tools.
• Collaborate with the change management to ensure that new deliverables are adopted for the benefit of the organization.
• Analyse the impact and the risks of a new service development on the current system. Capitalize on the existing security measures or mitigations in place and identify benefit profiles.
• Facilitate communication between the business, the IT teams, and the key contributors during the project delivery phase.
• Define a test approach for the identified requirements to ensure that the initiative delivers the expected solution.
• Participate to the validation of the solution through testing and ensure the traceability of the results.
• Update internal and external documentation to ensure its up to date like the standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training material.
• Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution.

Required skills and qualifications:

Client is looking for a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis/Data Analysis to be able to produce the required work products.

• Analytical and critical mindset, with a strong attention to detail: Capacity to break down complex problems, interpret and challenge data, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from team members to senior management level.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and Analyse problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
• Flexibility and continuous improvement: Can work in an environment with continuous change on the related services.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, statistical data modelling and data visualization.
• Knowledge in data management principles and practices.
• Understanding of data quality and governance principles.
• MS Office, Tableau or Power BI proficiency.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Ability to come to a Office minimum 4 days a month
• Capacity to work autonomously and in close team collaboration.
• Understanding of agile methodology and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Certifications in Business Analysis like CBAP, ECBA or CCBA.
• Business process modelling, and experience with process mapping tools like Adonis or Visio.
• Experience with qualitative data analysis tools such as Nvivo, Atlas.ti and MaxQDA.
