The Supply Chain department needs to comply to new regulations, such as the Digital Operation Resilience Act (DORA), ESG (CSRD), etc…. To become compliant, the existing contract base (1000+ contracts) needs to be reviewed, then where applicable, amendments will need to be negotiated and agreed with the suppliers.
You will be the single point of contact within the Supply Chain Organisation for the impact assessment of regulations on the current supplier contracts. In practice this means,
Agreeing scope of contracts to be amended with members of the program.
Defining prioritization methods for amending contracts.
Create synergies in contract amendment, amongst the various regulations
Collaborating with key stakeholders (Category Managers, Legal, Service Business Owners, Third Party Security)
Initiate the dialogue / negotiate with the impacted suppliers and take amendments through to signature.
Maintain a clear status on the progress made, issues encountered, and perform regular reporting on these aspects.
Your Profile:
You must have
Relevant procurement knowledge and experience (contracting, negotiation…).
Experience in liaising and coordinating multiple stakeholders in the context of a contract negotiation.
The ability to challenge the status quo and existing rational.
Project Management experience.
You are fluent in written and oral English.
