My Universe is… something that I have always wanted to get my hands on because I saw the demand in it; and I told myself that if I ever had a chance to be a specialist in Marketing, I would love to. Fast forward, approximately three years later, I’m recruiting in a space where I have always wanted to be! I’m excited to see how I can contribute to the team in Malaysia, and continue to build on our history and strong offering within the Marketing specialisation.
How can you add value to our clients and candidates?
Having experienced both agency and an in-house role, I can say with confidence that human touch is really important and it’s never transactional at any time! To me, it’s always important to work with clients as a business partner and be recognised as being an “expert” and not just another “salesperson”. With candidates, it’s not about the revenue that I’m bringing in, but it’s about their future and how I can help them upskill themselves for the better.
You can have anyone fictional as your imaginary friend, who do you choose and why?
Batman! For obvious reasons, because he’s smart, and can do all the logical reasoning and thinking when I can’t! ?
If you had a time machine, would you go back in time or into the future?
Into the future, of course! Would like a sneak peek of what’s about to happen. Almost like being a clairvoyant!
If you could bring back any fashion trend what would it be?
Nothing in particular, just make sure it’s not bell-bottoms.
My favourite holiday destination is… Bali. It’s really the best place on earth.
Fun fact about me… I’m scared of all animals and insects. Yes, I’m afraid of dogs and cats too.
