System Integrator – Telco and ISP Solutions

Our client is a global leader in telecommunications and internet service provider (ISP) solutions, dedicated to providing cutting-edge software products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and configure software products on reference platforms (OS, HW, SW).
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure product quality before release to customers.
• Deliver and release final software and configuration packages to the project team.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
• Respond to and, where possible, resolve L2 issues escalated via tickets, email, or other channels.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in system integration for a software solutions vendor serving Telcos or ISPs preferrably
• Background in Telco or ISP with knowledge of typical issues and challenges, demonstrating a proven ability to resolve them.
• Certifications (Nice to have): CCNA, ORACLE, LINUX RHCE; knowledge of VMware, oVirt, SAN & NAS, server systems.
• Shell scripting, SQL, DBA, (Nice to have: Puppet, and Docker)
• 5 years of knowledge and background with Telco platforms such as Billing, HLR, OSS, Packet CORE (advantageous).

• Attention to detail is a must.
• Flexible and willing to travel (up to 35%) to global ustomer sites.
