About the Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping user-centric digital solutions and services that enhance the experience of students, staff, and the wider community.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation, advocating for the user while balancing technical requirements and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive task flows and interfaces
• Design and validate concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
• Evaluate digital solutions for their strategic value and real-world impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences
• Act as a key voice for the user, influencing design decisions across enterprise platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong UX & UI design skills and hands-on experience with user research methodologies
• Proficiency in prototyping and visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A creative problem-solver with a user-first mindset and strong attention to detail
• Experience working on complex digital products or enterprise systems is a plus
